After a very brief Telehealth appointment December 2025, Dr Jason Huang said he would write to my GP and that his office would send me a quote to perform an endoscopy but this never happened. Dr Huang didn’t even discuss a second line treatment for my issue, only another endoscopy which I stated I could not afford privately at the time but if he gave me an idea of fees, I could try to save for it. Dr Jason Huang was amazing, super friendly, put me at ease and was so genuine and professional in his approach. The team he had in theatre with him were excellent. Before I left the hospital, I had a report and in less than 48 hours the full report had been provided to myself and my GP. The practice nurse pre appointment was easy, helpful and informative and the office admin support team very switched on, understanding and very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend.
