Very disappointed. As reading other reviews on Gundersens health page, I've found our experience quite similar. It was a waste of time, as a phone call would have done the job. Once my husband realized he had seen Dr. Waddell 4 years prior and nothing was done then, he became upset. Dr. Waddell acted as if he was offended and took this personal.
