New patient. Was quickly through the waiting room Doctor and staff were nice and thorough.
The front desk called me just hours before my appointment to cancel because supposedly the physician could not address the issue about which I had made the appointment! When I complained because they had accepted an appointment and could have notified me at least a day earlier if something had changed, they just hanged up on me. They appear disorganized (if not just incompetent), absolutely disrespectful toward patients, and are interested only in handling regular annual doctor visits. They can't handle anything else. Dr. Pecarsky is excellent, provides a personal and individual approach to family/internal medicine that is often not seen in other practices, and is great at diagnosing. Highly recommend.
Not the best bedside manner. Came off as a bit arrogant
