I was feeling very agitated and fearful about complications from a recent procedure done by a periodontist in another town. Dr. Shook is my dentist, so I called his office. They worked me into their schedule, assessed my situation, and provided the advice and reassurance that I desperately needed. Their compassion and availability meant everything to me.
This was my first visit and I was impressed by the very pleasant and professional staff including Dr Shook. The office was and exam rooms were very well maintained and furnished. My dental assistant was very nice and thorough.
Dr Shook has a tremendous team and they are most effective and very professional in every aspect of their work. They are the VERY best!!!
Wonderful experience. No waiting, each member of the staff I interacted with was very personable yet professional and competent.
