Wow, it's difficult to read all of these great reviews and remember what it was like to be treated by Dr. Fanno when I was a teen. He was always arrogant and extremely rough to the point that I thought he was going to break my teeth. I was left with the false impression that orthodontics was a very painful process and I was told years later by one of his assistants that he didn't like children. Maybe he's changed after all of these years. But I will NEVER forget how I was treated by Dr. Fanno for five long years.
