I was referred to Dr. Roos in 2021 after constantly battling Strep Throat in 2020. I spent $75 the first appointment for him to talk to me for 5 minutes. The next appointment was $800 for a camera to go down my nose. He told me my septum was not deviated, so that wasn’t causing my strep and that he would not take my tonsils out. That was it. Dr. Roos is a great surgeon and doctor. I had a lot of questions during my pre-op appointment. I never felt rushed and he listened to my concerns. I felt like he genuinely cared about me and my situation. Surgery went well with no complications. The incision looked way better than I thought it would. I would definitely recommend him.
I did not get to see the doctor so this review is on the office staff. It was my first time in the office. I showed up on time, however, I had received a text asking me to show up 15 minutes early, I forgot about that. The boy at the front window sternly and rudely told me that I should have been there 15 minutes early, and now the doctor may or may not see me. In October 2020 I started having ear problems/discomfort and between then and January 2021 was seen 4 different times at a few different urgent care facilities. I was given a referral to see Dr. Roos and was scheduled for February at which time I lost almost 100% of my hearing in both ears, and was in constant pain plus ringing in my ears was driving me mad since that was the only sound I could hear.
