Dr Levy and his staff gave me excellent treatment in early 2021. The Y90 radiation treatments knocked my cancerous tumor down. Followed up with various infusions and the tumor appears dormant still. He follows up on my scans still and his staff are always helpful.
Besides having an excellent bedside manner, Dr. Levy performed a perfect TURP procedure on me. When I first came to see Dr. Levy, my urine retention was over 500 ml, which is a very dangerous level. After the procedure, my retention was approximately 25 ml. Moreover, my urine flow was extremely poor before the procedure-after the procedure it is excellent. I strongly recommend Dr. Levy-he is an excellent doctor, and you will be happy you went to see him.
So grateful to Dr. Levy and his staff, Emily Grayson (PA) and Josh Whitle with Northside Radiology. After receiving a scary diagnosis for my mom, Dr. Levy and his team provided us with calming clarity and options. Dr. Levy's expertise changed my life. For 3 years I suffered from chronic back and leg pain and a feeling of fullness in my pelvic area. I saw multiple specialists, traveled to 3 different hospitals to see "the best" and all I got was labeled. I underwent 10 MRIs in 2 years, CT scan after Ultrasound, after physical therapy after surgery. All a nightmare. Then I finally found Dr. Levy! His uterine venous embolization expertise changed my life. I am now pain free and I have him to thank for it!!
I was referred to Dr Levy for my fibroids. I The amount of professionalism and knowledge and care that was presented to me during my consult made me feel very comfortable in scheduling my procedure. The day of my procedure of course I was a little anxious but Dr Levy and came to speak to prior to my procedure. He also came after to make sure I was ok and not having any pain. He and his staff were hard to reach after ablation. I suffered great pain which he said I would, but they refused to prescribe medicine that would really take care of the pain. They released me from the hospital too early. Hard to get follow up appoinment. Found an additonal tumor the day of the ablation and did not treat it. Only got 85 percent of tumors. Felt like I was being played to have additional treatment and they brought in an extremely high cost anesthesiologist. Its all about money.
Excellence in every way, Dr. Levy takes the time to hear you not just talk at you. When my husband and I finish with my consultation with Dr. Levy, it was such a relief and ease we felt when we left his office. He has great assistants especially Towanda Lindsey his nurse practitioner she was very sweet and kind but most important very knowledgeable in every way. They are a great team!!!!!
