Dr. Nelson is thorough and truly cares about the health and well-being of his patients. The office staff is AMAZING. The office is such a nice atmosphere. I've been seeing Dr. Nelson for about 20 years and even drive an hour just to have him be my primary care physician. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I have been so thankful for Dr Jason in the past 3 months. We went from rarely needing or seeing a doctor to multiple illnesses across our family, back to back. Having this service allowed us to see him in person when needed, contact him outside of office hours several times, while traveling, and every time he was able to help us find solutions to get us back on our feet. I highly recommend!
Dr Nelson has a caring and focused attention on my health and well being. His wellness program is like nothing I’ve seen before. The most extensive and informative physical I’ve ever had. I feel confident in my direction after spending a full hour reviewing lab results as well as other measures of health. I clearly know areas of focus as well as areas of little concern, so as not to get distracted by social media quick fixes. So glad I moved to Dr Nelson.
