I loved the office staff. The nurse checking my vitals was extremely nice and comforting. Ive debated on fixing my review for the almost past year. Last September I met with Mr.Neef..he had a sono set for me in October and I went.. never was able to get in contact with him even tho called a few times trying to get the just of my lab works.. was looking on my chart and noticed that supposedly we had talked when we never did, the pharmacy also called to ask a question about the medication he prescribed me which ended up being ... read more
I scheduled an appointment weeks ago after obtaining a referral from my Primary Care Physician. I filled out all forms and provided my insurance card prior to the appointment. I went to the appointment and was informed that they do not accept my insurance. I questioned this and pulled up the referral on my phone. I showed her the referral and asked what indicated that they were not in network? She said, "Well,you wouldn't be able to tell. We maintain a private list of insurance we don't accept".
Absolutely love Dr Neef and all his staff they are amazing! I’ve been a patient for over 10 years I wish I found him sooner!!!
