Dr. Kurtz has been my doctor for well over a decade now. He and his staff are So kind, compassionate and caring and I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else. He genuinely takes the time to listen to what you have to say, and helps with supporting your emotions as well as talking through the issues that are of concern to really get a feel for what is going on. On May 7, I called to see Dr. Kurtz because I was out of blood pressure medication they told me l cannot make an appointment unless I pay a $50 for not showing for a previous appointment. Even though I did not make any appointments in the past and no one called me to remind me that there was an appointment. I was not aware of it after all all they care about that $50 over their patients. As a new patient Dr. Kurtz made me feel like I was an important part of his practice. He summarized my past medical history quickly and then asked multiple times "how can I be of service to you". He did not rush, and I felt like I had someone really wanting to help. 3 months later I am in Northern California where a prescription from a recent ER visit on vacation needed to be refilled. Dr. Kurtz office (great bunch of people) set up a phone visit with Torri the PA, and then found a way to get me the meds I needed in Sequoia.... read more
I have been a patient of Dr Kurtz for 7 years and I am very satisfied with my experience so far. Dr. Kurtz is great, as he is caring, patient and listens to all my queries and issues. Getting appointments and rescheduling them is easy.
