I phoned Dr. Holander's office to reschedule my appointment for September and it was a nightmare. Spoke with Jania who was so unprofessional and rude it was disgusting. This receptionist was questioning me about why I'm rescheduling my appointment and acting as if it was not allowed. She stated I should come in as soon as possible for my appointment, however, because I wouldn't agree to a May appointment she then states "oh, everything is booked until November", I said that would be fine, no problem. My husband and I have been patients for at least 10 years. He is attentive to our needs, responsive, and thorough. I would highly recommend him.
He has been my doctor since I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at 17. I’m now 28, cancer free, and every visit he treats me and my mom like old friends or family. He is a rare find of a doctor that truly cares and has your best interest at heart, always. The 1 star reviews seem to be more about staff then Dr. Hollander himself. He is a great doctor who will really do whatever he can to help!
