I had a bizarre experience at Dr. Advani’s office; Dr. Hollander’s partner. I had an appointment for hormone replacement and during that appointment I scheduled the 3 month follow up with instructions to get hormone level bloodwork about 10 days before my next appointment mid June. That’s all great, however after the second month Dr Advani refused to allow the pharmacist to fill my monthly prescription until I had bloodwork TO MEASURE THE HRT SHE WAS PRESCRIBING which she had told me to schedule at the lab for June. I phoned Dr. Holander's office to reschedule my appointment for September and it was a nightmare. Spoke with Jania who was so unprofessional and rude it was disgusting. This receptionist was questioning me about why I'm rescheduling my appointment and acting as if it was not allowed. She stated I should come in as soon as possible for my appointment, however, because I wouldn't agree to a May appointment she then states "oh, everything is booked until November", I said that would be fine, no problem.
