Never showed up to my video visit! My in-person appointment was converted to a video visit the day before. I begrudgingly took the video appointment because the next available in person was more than a month away. (Despite booking my appointment for in-person more than 3 weeks in advance, the office told me he never sees patients in person on Friday afternoons!!
