I took my husband to Dr Ignatius and we were treated very well. He took time with my husband and explained everything to us. He was concerned of my husband’s symptoms. He told it like it was to my husband no beating around the bush but, my husband needed to hear it. I rather have a Dr tell it like it is. He wasn’t mean or arrogant as he was explaining everything. Also nurses & staff couldn’t have been any kinder. I would recommend him.
I had a horrible experience there with the Dr. Today 10/4/24 He was rude and arrogant. He didn't care about my problems. He didn't give any help and had me in tears and his response was " I'm just telling you the way it is" I went in there with real problems and he didn't even acknowledge I was a person that was hurting. Even though I was referred to a neurologist. He kept arrogantly saying to me, " why would you come to an electrician for a plumbing problem" He rolled his eyes at me because I couldn't respond to his command... read more
This guy is a complete joke. Says family doctor doesn't do their job, doesn't listen to patients, and sends them home feeling more upset instead of comforting them. A man who doesn't have the patience to deal with people, or work with the family doctors to find a solution, doesn't have any place in this practice. Go find another job.
If I could give zero stars I would! They don’t deserve one star! This office is terrible! Their office staff are rude and the nurses/doctors never return phone calls. After many calls in one day requesting my dad be seen for side effects of medication, they couldn’t be bothered to return a phone call! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else and save the hassle!
Did not listen to my complaints of cognitive decline since a concussion over 2 years ago. Insisted on treating me for migraines because he’s “been doing this for 12 years.” Prescribed 2 types of meds for migraines and handed me a printout of a migraine protocol. I have been informed of 4 other instances of this behavior from him. Penn Highlands and their Big Pharma agenda need to be stopped.
