I would not recommend this physician to other patients. I left my appointment feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Although I typically do not share negative experiences, I felt compelled to do so due to how distressing this visit was for me. During the appointment, I became emotional out of frustration, and while I was visibly upset, the physician looked at me and asked if I was “done crying” before leaving the room. I'm not a patient but my soon to be daughter in law went to see him today, She has been searching for answers for so long and was referred to this doctor. She left in tears, treated her like she was nobody and didn't even listen to her. No sympathy and help whatsoever! This girl has been through a lot and is willing to see anyone that would like to help. Apparently not this Dr! Should be ashamed!!
I took my husband to Dr Ignatius and we were treated very well. He took time with my husband and explained everything to us. He was concerned of my husband’s symptoms. He told it like it was to my husband no beating around the bush but, my husband needed to hear it. I rather have a Dr tell it like it is. He wasn’t mean or arrogant as he was explaining everything. Also nurses & staff couldn’t have been any kinder. I would recommend him.
I had a horrible experience there with the Dr. Today 10/4/24 He was rude and arrogant. He didn't care about my problems. He didn't give any help and had me in tears and his response was " I'm just telling you the way it is" I went in there with real problems and he didn't even acknowledge I was a person that was hurting. Even though I was referred to a neurologist. This guy is a complete joke. Says family doctor doesn't do their job, doesn't listen to patients, and sends them home feeling more upset instead of comforting them. A man who doesn't have the patience to deal with people, or work with the family doctors to find a solution, doesn't have any place in this practice. Go find another job.
