The Dentist are good but the billing office is extremely questionable. I found out there was an insurance adjustment for $115.00. Rather than send me a bill, call or email me about owing this sum, the billing office sent it to a collection agency. I called to get details but they offered no information. I was upset about not being notified re this adjustment bill, but the woman in billing hung up on me. There is absolutely no recourse for their errors that affect their patients. On January 24th it was recommended to me that I get an occlusal guard to prevent enamel loss. I was provided a quote for this guard I was quoted that the dental work suggested would cost: $230.40 After my January 24th appointment, I was encouraged at the time to pay the bill upfront with the promise of a 5% discount. As a single mom and teacher, I was hesitant to make that big of a purchase. As much as we all hate going to the dentist, it seems I always have the most pleasant and comfortable experience. Dr. Hilde and staff are always so upbeat and cheery and how awesome is free Kuerig coffee! Can't recommend enough.
