I received the incorrect migraine meds last month and accepted it. Now to get it refilled will cost me almost 200.00 - I have tried to call the office, and get the answering service since Friday, 10/21, Monday, 10/24, Tuesday, 10/25 and today, 10/26. CVS has reached out to them as well - NO RESULTS. I just get a lousy answering service that is very abrupt and doesn't care if you don't get a call back. Says it has been going on for several months. Did not see Dr Goldberg on three visits to the office I only seen the nurses. Being a new patient I thought it was a little strange and I have some problems with that
Dr Sacharok has been my primary care dr for years. She is very thorough and really cares about her patients. She is compassionate and has a good patient dr relationship. She is proactive with your health.
I would recommend this Doctor to anyone. I now have some of my friends going to him.
Best doctor I have had. Bedside manner is amazing. He and his practice go above and beyond my expectations.
My comment is not about Dr Wilford, but rather about her staff, who apparently don't think they need to do their job (answering the phone). I called (during the office's open hours) and waited for over 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Answering the phone is the most basic part of your job, and you can't even bother to pick up the phone and answer when patients are trying to reach you. I can't see any reason why you would not be able to pick up the phone, other than, perhaps, just trying to avoid doing your job.
I second the experience others have had with Dr Zuberi that she is incredibly dismissive of patient concerns. I came in because I started to exhibit the symptoms of Hashimoto's and have a family history. In my family, there is difficulty converting T3 to T4 so I asked for a T3 test in addition to TSH and T4 but she didn't order it which I didn't notice until after I left the office. Horrible. when I called, she didn't even let me speak and just put me on hold for 15 minutes. All I wanted was a fax number.
Been my family doctor for over 15 years and is top notch in my book. Staff is very nice and gets the job done.
