I saw Dr. Batley for the first time and I think it is one of the best MD appointments I have had. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Batley saw me at exactly my appointment time. He was compassionate, explained things well and proceeeded with treatment that took care of my knee problem. I did not feel rushed and I left feeling like I could trust him if I needed treatment in the future. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner and did not have to wait weeks. I wish all appointements went so well.
Dr. Batley did my fiance hand surgery to remove a foreign object and surgery went well. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.
My mom broke/fractured her ankle & went to ER, was told to make followup appt with Dr Batley. Tried to call his office 5 times (phone just rang). Tried one more time (11:30) & answering machine came on after 1 ring stating their office is open 8-5 mon-fri (it is Wed), & they're at lunch 11:30-1. Tried 3 times after 1:30, again phone just rang. Zero was not a option so forced to give a one. Very disappointed with service received. I went to Dr. Batley with a possible broken foot and elbow. I was told nothing was broken and pain medicine would be prescribed. As of today my elbow and foot still hurts and no medicine was ever called in to the pharmacy. Would not recommend this doctor.
