I saw Dr. Batley for the first time and I think it is one of the best MD appointments I have had. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Batley saw me at exactly my appointment time. He was compassionate, explained things well and proceeeded with treatment that took care of my knee problem. I did not feel rushed and I left feeling like I could trust him if I needed treatment in the future. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner and did not have to wait weeks. I wish all appointements went so well.
