I can't say enough about Dr. Rubin & his staff. All the nurses in the infusion unit are all so supportive, caring, compassionate & understanding. They really help me get through my chemotherapy. Dr. Rubin always kept me informed during my treatment & listened to my concerns.
Worst doctor ever. Doesn’t return phone calls or check on his patients.. He couldn’t care less and it is obvious. Sent my mom for bone marrow biopsy and never called with results. She was calling twice a day and finally a nurse called back and said you don’t have cancer, you have to come in and the doctor will go over your results. First available appointment is in three weeks as her symptoms continue with no treatment. Dr Rubin is a Dr full of knowledge and heart He guided me through chemotherapy and more. I don’t think I could have gotten through my diagnosis and issues easily without him. His staff is caring as well. I trust him 1000% with my life.
He’s been wonderful in treating my elderly father’s lymphoma.
Doc spent less than 3 minutes with me and did not bother to ask me about my symptoms until he was pushing me out the door and was in the hallway in front of all his staff. If I could give him zero stars, I would. Horrible experience, horrible human.
