My sister passed on 12/19/23. This Dr is supposed to complete attestation paperwork in order for us to proceed with cremation. Dr Fletcher is not reachable and does not return any messages that his staff members have said they are leaving for him. This Dr seems to lack empathy for his deceased patients and the grieving family members. Our scheduled cremation day was 01/07/24 and that day has came and gone and we have yet to hear anything from Dr Jason Fletcher. I do not know what else to do.
