Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive
