The single most arrogant person I have ever met. If you ask any questions he uses threatning tones to answer and will refuse to talk to the family. Did not give all information before surgery so patient and family were kept in the dark about what was really going on. When trying to ask why certain procedures were being done he insulted the family. If you have to see a cardiologist run far away from Felger.
