I went to Dr. Dorfman recently for an annual checkup, and I have 0 complaints.. He is NOT rude if you comply with what he says and follow his instructions you will NOT deal with any of this rudeness. Let him instruct you. Do not ask irrelevant questions and wait for him to give you the opportunity to speak.
Very disappointing experience. My concerns were not properly addressed, and I left without confidence in the diagnosis or treatment. He told me that “nature will do its job” lol. When I asked follow-up questions because I was still confused, the doctor told me, “Excuse me, don’t disturb me.” I found this dismissive and lacking empathy. The front desk staff, however, were very kind and welcoming.
Dr. Dorfman doesn't treat his patients with respect. He is often impatient, short, and borderline rude. Being a doctor isn't just about healing people. It's about having empathy, communicating, and making connections. I feel like Dr. Dorfman's behaviour is a result of his own issues - trauma or depression maybe. Whatever it is, I think he should stop practising as he is doing more harm than good.
