Office staff was courteous and very helpful. I was seen on time and Dr. Perelman took good care of me, not rushing through my exam and patiently answering all my questions. Very happy with all aspects of my recent visit.
Office staff working in back was unfriendly. When I arrived, I had to pee so the lady at the front window told one of the assistance in the back that I need to use the bathroom, as I went to the back door I called the assistant by her name and said hello, and her statement was “ I don’t know you or your name?” In an attitude type voice… Not a good opening for my first visit to this office. I have always felt good about Dr. Perelman. He’s a very intelligent and good man . I.only hope he can improve his clerical staff. Dr. Perelman is a fine doctor.
