Dr Chouake is an outstanding doctor supported by a friendly and courteous staff. His chair-side manner is jovial, relaxed, and very informative—you can easily tell he’s at the top of his game. The office itself is clean and up to date. I had a minor elective therapeutic procedure done today, which went flawlessly. I would highly recommend Dr. Chouake for any medical needs that he covers.
I can't sing enough words of praise for Dr. Chouake. He treats every patient with joy, kindness, and care. I have been his patient for several years and can attest that I have nothing negative to say about him. His bedside manner is excellent. He has done a variety of treatments and has always taken the time to explain options and answer questions. I recommend Dr. Chouake without reservation.
Dr. Jason Chouake is a great diagnostician, also very kind and reassuring. I came to him with rashes, suffering for a month, he knew exactly what it was and prescribed the right medication to treat it, and gave me expert advice.
