离大谱！取消手术的邮件竟然被自动生成电话咨询需求，并向 Medicare 收费！？ 我通过邮件前台明确取消手术，没有预约任何咨询，也没有同意任何电话问诊。结果 Chew 医生自行给我打电话（我未接听），留下语音说欢迎有需要再回来。然后这通未经我同意、未预约、未接听的语音留言，竟然被作为 follow-up consultation 向 Medicare 提交收费。 请问我没有预约，没有接听，没有同意，没有任何临床咨询发生，这怎么能构成 consultation？你怎么敢的呢？ 更夸张的是仅仅是 reschedule 这种发给前台的行政性质的邮件，specialist 也要打电话过来，几分钟，并不涉及任何 clinical discussion，只是在看其他病人之间打电话，然后就向 Medicare 申报收费！？ 我从未被告知这些是billable consultation或是会向 Medicare claim，也从没预约具体时间！直到我自己查看 Medicare history 才发现两笔莫名其妙的 claim！ 当我要求Item number，通话 duration，所谓“consultation”的Clinical notes，诊所竟然无法... read more
Dr Chew helps me doing two surgeries, he is professional and kind to everyone. He explains everything clean and detailed. His skill is very well and you can see that the cut after operation is so little and not painful. And also his front staff is very nice for every patient.
I cannot recommend Dr Jason highly enough. He delivered both of my boys and was an incredible source of support every step of the way. From fertility through pregnancy and delivery, he was consistently kind, calm, caring, and incredibly attentive. He made what can be an emotional and overwhelming journey feel positive, reassuring, and well supported. Dr Jason Chew is an excellent obstetrician who provides attentive, professional, and reassuring care both pre- and postnatal. Thanks to his expertise, our concerns were always well addressed, and the delivery of our baby was seamless.
