Went to Dr. Jason for an eye checkup for our three-year-old. It was a really good experience. He has a really good approach with kids. Our kid is usually not too fond of doctors, but his manner was very calming, comforting, and fun. She was extremely comfortable throughout the exam and answered questions very well. Before coming to this clinic, I decided to read the reviews and after my own experience, I can confidently say they were spot on. The eye exam was the most thorough one I’ve ever had. It was extremely informative and I actually learned new things about eye health as a general consumer. Dr. Jason was fantastic, he took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my follow-up questions with patience. Dr. Chau is a very professional practitioner. He's very personable and great at explaining eye health and exams in layman's terms. The girls at the front desk were also absolutely lovely and helped me pick wonderful glasses (which made the most sense $ wise with extra clip on using an ongoing promotion). Upon coming back to the clinic to pick up my glasses I was greeted with smiles and a wonderful display of my new swag. Thanks again innovation eye clinic!
My husband and I had our first appointment at this optical clinic, and we had a great experience. The clinic looks very classy, and they have a great selection of glasses. The technology they use is very good and made everything easy and comfortable. Emily was very sweet and welcoming, and Dr. Jason was knowledgeable and friendly. We felt well taken care of. We definitely recommend this clinic to our friends and family!
Best place to go! Excellent doctoral service! Highly recommend! Emily and Dr. Jason did everything they could for me and more!
