This place is great. Had to come here after an Urban Optical screwed up my glasses. I went to get the comfort of the adjustment fixed, but the lady noticed within seconds of looking at the frames that the lens was incorrectly mounted. She fixed the lens, the adjustment, and went above and beyond and fixed the nose piece (which was fine, but she made it even better). I was 100% prepared to pay, because they didn't sell me the glasses, but she didn't even charge me after hearing how awful Urban Optical was to me. I'm honestly ... read more
I had the best experience with Dr. Jason. I’ve seen a lot of doctors over the years and he is the first one who took the time to walk me through each test, explain the results to me and address all my concerns. He is very kind and patient. I would highly recommend!
Emily was fabulous, so thoughtful and professional! She walked my partner through their first pair of glasses with such knowledge and kindness. Everything was great from the eye exam to the fitting.
Dr.Jason is very friendly and professional for the eye exam. Emily and her team also helped me found my new glasses which I have been looking forward for months since I broke my last pair. I really love the new glasses I got.🥳
