Kind, patience, comforting. Knowledgeable, put me at ease. For being in emergency room I couldn't have had a better dr.
great communication and attention
Dr. Bateman was on call when I landed at Kaiser with a very painful bladder infection. He was extremely professional and caring. He administered pain meds immediately and expedited the labs. I was in and out within about twenty minutes. If you've ever been to an emergency room you know THAT'S a record! Also, he determined the phone helpline had unnecessarily sent me to the hospital and didn't charge me for the visit. What a prince!
