Awful experience, Dr. Burke is dismissive and disrespectful. My daughter was a patient there years ago and they made us travel many hours to replace her retainer which they said they could do when we called them over the phone but when we got there they wanted to start the process all over again and charge us more money again! They threw out her molds, and did not retain her scans of her original teeth! Whoever told us on the phone to come in and get the replacement, did not know what they were talking about.
