Get a 2nd opinion before treatment. I came in for an evaluation of gum recession, which required a periodontal graft. The appointment felt rushed, and the assessment seemed focused only on the one problem area rather than the health of my whole mouth. This review is for simply trying to make an appointment. In all of my years - my standard first question is "Do you accept XXX Insurance". The reply is always "Let me check, or yes we do". This establishment was the first - ever that replied "I don't know, you will need to call your insurance and ask them if our office is in their network". I've never received that answer - from any medical or dental provider.

I was a patient of this office last year and just now remembered to leave them a glowing review! I needed to have two gum grafts done over the span of a few months, and the doctors and staff made the experience seamless! I had Dr. Patil as my surgeon and cannot be more grateful for the help he gave me.
