Scheduling is insane with this doctor. He cancelled last minute for an appointment I made months ago. No apologies. No care. Called his scheduling and turns out he is going on vacation in July.
Dr. Alvarado is the most empathetic & thorough doctor I have ever seen. He takes his time with each patient, asks questions, and truly tries to help each patient with their medical concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Alvarado to everyone. I have even switched my entire family over to his practice. His office staff is always professional and helpful. I am always able to get in on short notice when needed. I am very thankful to have found Dr. Alvarado and this office.
I have been trying to get a medication refilled, I first called pharmacy 7 days ago never heard anything I called pharmacy and was informed they have sent several requests. I called office myself and was told it would be taken care of asap. Still nothing this medication helps me with breathing. Bad office staff.

My father sees Dr. Alvarado which he's a ok physician. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 star is because some of the front desk staff dont have that good of an attitude. Mind you my dad is 68 yrs old and he depends on me for all his appointments, medicine he's on, doctors he sees. I always assist to all his appointments for the same reason, the only office I have a problem with is this office. They dont allow you to go in with the patient.
