Only Dr. Who was able to help me, after 1/2 dozen other Dr. Tried tests &scans to no avail...am feeling better now because of his treatment...cannot thank him enough...
I had been a patient of Dr Stern for approximately 9 years. After a relocation, I was assigned another Dr. Happily, I am restarting his care after 2 years of inability to do so. My treatment and care from Dr Stern was exemplary and of the highest caliber. He is very honest, direct, and conversational in discussing his care and treatment. I recommend him in the strongest regard.
The Dr and staff do not return calls both during normal business hours and after hours. ** When bringing that up to staff all fingers are pointed outward including the Dr's....This is not acceptable especially dealing with treatment complications... We certainly don't expect a call back within minutes...Dr has patients to see in office and hospital..But not returning calls at all is not acceptable nor is it professional... I see other patients have taken the time to share their experience...Please share positive comments too... read more
His office doesn’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I’ve been his patient for ten years. He has yet to ask me about my energy level or interest in my general health. Can’t get an appointment about raised blood levels. Potentially dangerous , life threatening !
I’ve been a patient of Dr Sterns for 11 years with CLL. Went through 6 months of chemo treatment. Happy to say my numbers are great thanks to his help! I trust him!
My experience with Dr. Stern was encouraging. He seems very knowledgeable and professional. He tells you how it is but doesn't push you into doing anything you don't want to do. I would recommend him. His staff is so friendly and great!
