I was having issues with my insurance company's website being down, and their customer service was being completely unhelpful. My 10 year experience with Dr. B. Was a nightmare as she wears 2 hats and broke my confidentiality in the form of ‘gossip.’ She really hurt me.This is a small town and the repercussions continue to this very day. I have met several of her former patients who have named her, ‘the beast’ as she has always been rude enough to make grown men cry.
