excellent doctor – She is a very intelligent, empathic and compassionate doctor who has an excellent bedside manner! I have referred many family members and friends!!! I know the persons who wrote the negative reviews and one is evil and was the daughter of another doctor and she was jealous of Dr. Erlichman. It is sad that there are evil people in this world. DR. ERLICHMAN IS AWESOME!!!!!

This doctor actually freaked out in front of me about three years ago when she was working for someone else. She was known as 'the nutball' in our office building. She's had some horrible personal problems with her marriage and children and is a completely unstable person who refuses to admit her personal issues. I do wish her the best but she desperately needs person guidance. Dr. Erlichman has a handful of serious mental problems. If you accept her care, be cautious. Be very cautious.

My daughter, about two years ago, sought help from this doctor and we STILL talk about her. Dr. Erlichman is a very peculiar person. Not only does she not possess everyday social skills, but she is a very angry individual. Her only focus is getting paid while she spends a large portion of her time working on her personal life during your session. Words cannot describe how horrible this doctor is. First off, she is strange. Secondly, she is remarkably uncaring and rude. Third, she complains about her life and other patients and hardly focuses on your care at all. I should have paid attention to the other reviews. This doctor NEEDS a psychiatrist. Horrible. Terrible attitude. Mentally unstable. I will NEVER use her again. Do NOT use this doctor. Take my advice.

Excellent and awesome doctor!! Fadrique is a nurse with mental illness and unfortunately who was not her patient. Would recommend to all my family!!!!!

This Psychiatrist is in desperate need of a Psychiatrist. She is one psycho "doctor" to stay away from. – It is hard to believe, scary even, that this woman graduated from Baylor as she knows very little, if anything, about medicine. She couldn't care less about her patients and does not try to hide that fact. She will answer her cell phone and talk to whoever is on the phone while you are seeing her. Never go to this doctor – This doctor has a terrible personality. I got the feeling that she just wanted to make as much money off me as she could since this was a Worker's Comp injury that I was referred to her for help with pain. She was abupt and I did not feel cared for at all.

Never ever again – This is the worst experience of my life. She is not a caring doctor. Does not take time to listen to your problems and is not friendly at all. She did not help me at all. I thought because my doctor sent me there and because she was a graduate of Baylor should would be the best. What a mistake.....
