Unfortunately no translator. Bad customer service from the manager. Unwelcoming environment.
A family member of mine had a very disappointing experience during their visit. The staff member they interacted with was not only rude but also gave curt responses when asked questions. They seemed to ignore their needs, and when requested help with translation, they refused, stating that it wasn’t part of their job. Despite this, I believe they could have been more considerate and accommodating. It’s important for staff to be attentive and helpful, especially when interacting with patients.
