I walked in early and asked if they could fit me in sooner. The receptionist said yes. I’ve been here since 11:10am till 1:21pm and still haven’t even met the doctor. Over two hours in this office is not good for business. Today’s date is: September 9th, 2025. No one should have to wait over two hours. I repeat, no one should have to wait over two hours. I’m still waiting. It’s 1:25pm now.
I would give 0 stars. Whoever is giving positive comments are fake comments. Whoever comes will see what kind of office this is. For simple appointments you have to wait more than an hour. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Never coming again.
Appointment was at 9am. Waited over 1.5 hours and there were STILL two patients ahead of me. Gave up at 10:45am and left without being seen. Waste of time.
If I could rate it lower than a 1 I would. Very unprofessional work environment. Makes you wait at least 3-4 hours before the doctor see you.
