I Didnt have the best experience. I had booked an emergency appt for the first time. The wait was for about 40 minutes. I don’t mind the wait I was just happy I got an appt right away same day since my back teeth were really sore and bugging me. Dental assistant came in and said they’re gonna do x-rays to see what’s going. As soon as she walked in I felt the bad energy from her from the start. I went to their place twice (Oct 9, 2024 and Oct 29, 2024). I checked my greenshied account today and they put a claim on my account for $1500 for a crown, I wasn't even made aware of this. This is disgusting. I've the claim ID and everything and make sure not to go here and get scammed. My claim got denied bec I don't have coverage for dental anymore that saved me from this scam
