Dr. Méndez delivered all 3 of my children, I live about 45 min away and he made my birth experiences worth it! Such a caring doctor!
Dr. Mendez is an awesome medical professional. His office staff, however, is extremely disappointing. From scheduling, to medical records, and management, there is a lack of communication and training. Extremely unprofessional, immature, disorganized, and rude.
Dr. Mendez is awesome! My first pregnancy in 2019 stressful for me but he and his staff were excellent! My amniotic fluid got low 2 weeks before my due date and I had to be admitted to the hospital to have her. Once i was there he still gave a chance to have her naturally, unfortunately i didn't make any progression. I did end up needing a c-section, which i was terrified of but honestly, it was a great experience. I became pregnant again in January of 2020 and didn't even think of going to a different doctor. Excellent!
I visited Dr. Mendez after my second miscarriage. From the very first call, his staff has been the easiest to deal with. With my current pregnancy, Dr. Mendez and Nicole have been on top of everything, ensuring that they are doing anything necessary to prevent another miscarriage. I have so many concerns with this pregnancy and Dr. Mendez has put me at ease time and time again. I can’t recommend him enough! He listens to my concerns no matter how crazy they may be! Grateful for him & his staff.
Very unfriendly staff. I called several times and left messages and Nobody ever gave me a call back and when they did finally answer the phone, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful!
Dr. Méndez is a good Dr, but there time to see clients is just horrible ! I wait about an hour to be seen , and that does not include the time your in the room. All this for just a regular check up... Just wished as I am punctual they should be too! I arrive 20 min early and it just seems like I'm always the last one to get seen.
Very very and I mean very disappointed. Dr Mendez delivered my son 11yrs ago and I wanted him to delivery my 3rd baby. 11yrs is a big difference, because his staff is the most rudest. From the billing department to the receptionist. Had to transfer. Only saw dr Mendez once the entire time of my 32 weeks of pregnancy. Pretty sad that u have staff that doesn't represent you in a good way you need to reevaluate your staff
I would definitely recommend Dr Mendez to family and friends.He was very caring,honest,reliable and took very good care of me during my pregnancy/delivery.When the big day arrived he was very efficient and quick ( i needed a C-section) If I have another pregnancy or any sort of gynecological problem,I'd chose him again without a doubt.
