Brought my almost two year old in to see Dr. Theler for an ear canal infection. Dr. Theler was amazingly patient with my son. Dr. Theler and his staff work extremely hard to fit patients in as soon as possible (depending on urgency). This is my child’s third ENT and the best one yet (one ENT opened an a med spa and one ENT has a wait time of 10months for current patients). Mahalo Dr. Theler and staff!

Seriously hands down the best Dr i have ever had the pleasure of working with! He listened to me and my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure the experience was as painless as possible . He did my nose and tonsils and we were able to do both without pain meds!! I would 100% recommend Dr Theler!!
I got a silicone earplug stuck in my ear. It caused me to be deaf in that ear. I went to the ER at Queens and they couldn't get it out. I was in panic mode, it's scary being able to hear. I got referred to Doctor Theler and was seen by him the following day. In less than a minute he dislodged the stuck silicone earplug. Doctor Teller is excellent, thanks to him I can hear again. Don't listen to the haters, Doctor Teller is the man.
I have NEVER been so un-listened to by a Dr. It was quite apparent right from the start he hadn't read my chart nor the referral nor the evaluation that brought me to him.I wouldn't take my dog to him. IFthere were negative stars I woukd give him a 5-10star rating
