Karen at the front desk is hostile and rude. This dental office doesn’t care about their patients. My daughter had an appointment on Friday today is Wednesday. I was informed that the work has to be paid today or they would not see my daughter Friday. I had a balance of $72.00 past due . When I called to pay Karen informed me my daughter wouldn’t be seen Friday because I don’t agree with the work being done. Which is not what was said. First time at his office everything was awesome. First time seeing a particular hygienist bad experience. She was as friendly as a heart attack. The next couple of cleanings were awesome. Very nice and friendly. I'm glad I did not change dentist.
My husband and I both have a difficult dental situations. And Dr. Taylor and his staff are very knowledgeable and very dedicated in helping us get the best care. Everyone is very positive and helpful in the office highly recommend Dr. Taylor and his staff.
Wonderful dentist. Great hygienists. Have had great care with everyone at this clinic!
Dr. Taylor has is wonderful. He covers the full spectrum of care and it was obvious from day one that his training and expertise are first class. He is a great community guy and has a very nice family which makes him able to relate with his patients and their every day needs. My wife and kids love seeing Dr Taylor and his staff.
