Dr. Jared Langerak is incredibly professional, yet very kind and compassionate. His bedside manner is excellent, and he genuinely seems to care. He always remembers what was discussed at my previous appointment, which means a lot. Whenever I send a message through their app, he responds in a timely manner, and I truly appreciate that. He is very good. But their lab leaves very much to be desired. They forget something and I had to give blood twice. And all they could say was “it’s an easy thing to do”. That’s scary. I have now waited over two weeks for my blood results to be on Follow My Health. So again the doctor is excellent. But I would give the lab a 1 rating.
Dr. Langerak is an excellent doctor. He listens closely and explains things clearly. He is kind and compassionate. The best!
I can confidently say after only three visits with Dr. J. Langerak, in my 44 years of chronically ill life, this is hands down the best Primary Care Provider I have ever had. He actually takes the time to listen to me, never gaslights me, lets me take a part in my own care, and helps guide me in the right direction.
