I just noticed that Dr Pendel has 3 stars. Pretty sad for a Dr that has been serving the Winston Hills community for so many decades. No he does not take on a whole lot of new patients, but once you are a patient the level of care is exemplary. So yeah sorry you could not get in. I would be sad just like you if I could not get in to see Dr Pendel! 5 stars
Friendly and professional practice. His team go above and beyond. Dr Pendel is a lovely GP who is wise, kind, considered and sensible. An asset to his profession.
Haven't seen this doctor but disgraceful service. They have a free appointment but I'm not allowed to see the doctor because they are not taking anymore new patients. I'm sick and need to see a doctor, it's almost impossible to get an appointment without days of notice but I can't have that appointment because they're not taking anymore new patients. Disgusting.
Professional and comprehensive diagnosis with follow up support and advice. Patient care is obviously a priority. I have been to different GP’s and have now found a switched on “ family GP”.
