He cancelled and postponed my MRI abdomen exam 3 times without prior notification.

Dr. Jantzen Thorns was so wonderful and very nice. He explained to me and my family about the type of surgery I was going to have and also keep my family updated on my progress. His staff was very helpful and nice and sweet. I'm glad I choose him for my surgery.
