I have been with Dr. Cross now for a few years. I suffer from clinical depression and anxiety as a result of psychological trauma. She has helped me through several life events including, but not limited to, my husband's passing from complications of Alzheimer's Disease. She is very personable, knowledgeable and supportive. In the past, I struggle with chronic medical conditions, trauma, and a myriad of other situations. After receiving services from three other psychologists, I found Dr. Cross who literally have been a life saver. I don’t even understand what that other review is about. Janette Cross has been the most incredible understanding psychologist for me. She has truly helped me through so many dark times in my life and has helped me turn around my life. She isnt money hungry like the other review states. She truly cares about her patients and I have referred several friends to her after the good she’s done for me. She’s great and I owe so much to her for what she’s done for me
#JanetteVCross validated 06-18-24 Why I don’t trust #Psychologists 1st call Therapy June 10, she wasn’t very convincing, like my prior $150 FIRST. I met her late May 2023, recent divorced, overwhelmed, suicidal. I had another Appt. Prior June 12, but cancels abruptly citing husband had surgery. My then Psychologist worked with 4 others, Practice Owner + 4, despite my expressing thoughts of suicide, instead of realizing she had a patient in emergency, and could have deferred me to 1 of 4, but didn’t.
