I don’t even understand what that other review is about. Janette Cross has been the most incredible understanding psychologist for me. She has truly helped me through so many dark times in my life and has helped me turn around my life. She isnt money hungry like the other review states. She truly cares about her patients and I have referred several friends to her after the good she’s done for me. She’s great and I owe so much to her for what she’s done for me

I met her late May 2023, recent divorced, overwhelmed, suicidal. I had another Appt. Prior June 12, but cancels abruptly citing husband had surgery. My then Psychologist worked with 4 others, Practice Owner + 4, despite my expressing thoughts of suicide, instead of realizing she had a patient in emergency, and could have deferred me to 1 of 4, but didn’t.
