I booked my appointment with their office months ago and they sent me texts to confirm the appointment. When I showed up they had not already confirmed my insurance who sent me to them. I have a self referral policy which 2 office worker refused to acknowledge and she insisted that I pay cash price to be seen. I tried to call my insurance company anthem blue cross from their office but the cell phone reception was awful and the office workers refused to call anthem insurance from their landline to confirm.
