This place is absolute trash. They’re billing me, but since they decided to close and give me my bill a YEAR later, there’s nobody contact to pay the bill and there’s no one to contact because they didn’t even bother going through my insurance.
I love Dr. Wygal and her team, never had any issues. Dr. Wygal is kind and easy to talk to and I’ve never had trouble getting in for an appointment. I received some not great medical news and called their office panicking, and Dr. Wygal called me back herself and soothed all my worries. I will never go anywhere else as long as Dr. Wygal practices.
Disorganized, I always wait a long time for my appointment and it seems like there is very poor communication between staff so everything takes forever. Dr. Wygal herself is fine, but everything else is so bad it’s not worth it.
Dr Wygal and her staff are so kind and professional. A few years back I decided the HUGE ob/gyn offices were no longer for me. I have referred many friends to this office. They practice the ‘old fashioned’ way. With kindness and care for their patients. I’m so fortunate to be a patient here.
