Janet might be a rock star but I'll never know. I asked if she took my insurance... yes. I mailed in the intake form as they required. Waited for them to contact me, they never did. I finally called, get an appointmen, only to be told 30 mins prior they take my insurance but not my insurance policy, go kick rocks. Ok... I'll go kick rocks. Thanks for weeks and weeks of waiting for nothing. Can't wait to start the process all over again with everyone else on provider list ad nauseum.
This office deserves more than 5 stars. Janet is a Rockstar! She listens and is more than willing to help in anyway she can. I trust her with mine and my family's needs. Her office is amazing too! Betsy is on the ball and has AMAZING customer service skills and abilities.
