Hands down the best of all the doctors who took care of my son; and there were many.
Her receptionist is the worst said I couldn't schedule an appt for my son bc I didnt have his Medicaid I'd # then I call back and say I need to schedule an appt says are you ok I said I'm fine I'm frustrated with your processing of an appt then puts me on hold to say she has an available appt in April without me giving her my sons Medicaid I d how ironic all of a sudden she didnt need his I'd # to schedule him all of a sudden trying to be petty saying I was cussing at her bc she didnt like the tone of voice I was using I ask... read more
Candice and Dr. Rowe have gone above and beyond to help my son and our whole family through a very difficult time. They have been a blessing and set a new standard for care! I can't say enough good things about this office.
Dr. Janet Rowe was recommended by the hospital for my 2 month old...Not sure what to expect but answers all my many questions, takes her time to explain exactly everything. That really shows she cares about her patients and parents! Compare to getting you in and out of the office.
I took my son to Dr. Rowe super amazing Dr. I cant say the same for her receptionist. She is awful, super rude and the comment that was maid was well unless you want your child to have kidney stones then feed him the 400mg of sodium for the school lunch! A slice of bread has 130mg of salt. She shouldnt be giving out medical advice because she isnt a dr. I dont think I would ever refer this iffice unless she got fired. Dr. Rowe is super amazing but the receptionist is garbage.
