my partner went to get a minor facelift and i went with her. yes the attitude towards patients is dismissive and arrogant and impolite. got the surgery done but some issues afterwards and my partner not happy and even after 3 follow up appointments issues not resolved and wanted us to pay for more appointments to try and resolve but it seems a bit rude and arrogant to expect us to pay to try and fix an issue not caused by us. so as the famous saying goes "not happy Jan" i have read the reply with some interest. Very good people and very helpful
