The only reason why I picked this office is because it's a short walk to get to. Literally the only reason. She has asked me questions trying to "help me" that I feel are unprofessional in nature. I get WHY she did it, but I don't like how she did it. Every time I go there for an appointment, I feel like I'm being rushed out of my appointment after having to wait past my appointment time to be seen. We are Canadian tourists who came to visit Philadelphia and my wife was sick,the doctor Janet Crane accepted us without an appointment. It is the nicest and generous doctor on earth. A big thank you to you dear doctor, this experience will remain engraved in our memories.
Dr. Crane is one of the most thorough patience and caring doctors I have ever gone to. I am 80 years old and have been going there since I was 55. She has kept me in pretty good share. Trust her always with what she tells me. ♥️
She is one of the rudest, most judgemental people I have ever encountered. Asked extremely personal question unrelated to my health, also making some very unprofessional accusations. She does not know how to treat people or talk to people. I was embarrassed for her.
I known Dr. Crane since I was 19, I’m now in my 40’s even got my Husband to be a patient. If nobody else can find the problem she can. love her so Thorough, and straight up.
