On May 4th 2026 @ 10:39 AM I called to schedule an appointment because Dr. Crane is listed as my primary care provider. The interaction I had with the front desk was very concerning. The first time I called, the receptionist answered in a rushed and unprofessional manner, placed me on hold for several minutes, and the call was eventually disconnected. The only reason why I picked this office is because it's a short walk to get to. Literally the only reason. She has asked me questions trying to "help me" that I feel are unprofessional in nature. I get WHY she did it, but I don't like how she did it. Every time I go there for an appointment, I feel like I'm being rushed out of my appointment after having to wait past my appointment time to be seen.
