Do not see this Doctor if you have any history of mental health, good or bad. She prescribed multiple drugs before consulting my Psychiatrist. Never actually helping me with my pain, she took away the greatest tool anyone with chronic pain could have, strong mental health. As my coping ability slipped (due to the drugs she prescribed adversely affecting me) she blamed my mental health for not being able to deal with my pain. Good luck.
Office staff was fantastic. But Dr. Pearl was possibly the worst visit I've ever had. Seeing a pain specialist meant I'd spent 2-1/2 years in pain and no other specialist had been able to confidently diagnose my cause let alone being able to treat or manage the cause of it. That has led to an incredible impact on my quality of life. My visit to Dr. Pearl has brought me relief of neck pain. She has given me pressure point shots in my neck and now I am feeling much better and able to move my neck better from side to side. Dr. Pearl was very kind and careful with her treatments. I also saw the doctor a couple of years ago for hip pain which she treated with one shot and I have not had a problem with my hip again.
