I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Dr. Janet Chung. We had an appointment with her for my son's broken nose, and after waiting for 20 minutes, she informed us that she could not attend to him because she didn't have the 10 minutes that were required for the nose-adjusting procedure. Despite my son's severe discomfort, he couldn't breathe properly while sleeping, and his nose was clearly dislocated, Dr. Chung refused to make an exception and help him. I had an appointment scheduled for my daughter with an ENT doctor Dr. Chung, but I canceled it when your office first contacted me, as it was no longer needed. Today, several months later, I received another call asking me to confirm that same appointment. At first, I was confused and thought it might be for a different doctor, but then I called back and canceled it again. About two years ago, I initially went to see my family doctor as I had a polyp in my nose that was bothering me, and I was referred to two ENT specialists.
