The staff at the clinic and the Drs are great. I've been here for my nose & ears. Appointments were easy and I never spent too much time waiting for the Dr. I did have surgery with Dr.Chung- she was very kind, friendly and comforting throughout the process. Thank you
Janet is a horrible doctor. Stay away from this clinic . I had an appointment Scheduled and the doctor decided to go on vacation and reschedule all appointments a month later. I waited a year for my appointment just for it to be accommodated to her wants , not needs. Ridiculous
This is the worse office to call. They have 4 or 5 Receptionist and k but when you call no one ever answers the phone. Why do i have to wait 3 days before confirming my appointment? Your office should send a reminder to the patient of their upcoming appointment.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Dr. Janet Chung. We had an appointment with her for my son's broken nose, and after waiting for 20 minutes, she informed us that she could not attend to him because she didn't have the 10 minutes that were required for the nose-adjusting procedure. Despite my son's severe discomfort, he couldn't breathe properly while sleeping, and his nose was clearly dislocated, Dr. Chung refused to make an exception and help him.
