I’d like to share some concerns regarding a recent experience I had with your front desk staff. While Dr. Chan is a wonderful and caring physician, unfortunately, the service I received from the frontline staff has been consistently disappointing. Today, I called to confirm my child’s follow-up appointment—he recently had surgery, and one of his tubes has fallen out. Janet was really nice, was very knowledgeable on my ear condition, and patiently explained what was going on to me. They also took my feedback when I told them the hearing test room wasn't completely isolated from outside sound, and said that they would take a look. Really nice people :)
The receptionist called me for appointment after asking politely if she can email or text me the appointment as I was driving she got rude and hang up on me. She should find another job maybe in cheesecake factory or work as labor but certainly not in service or care providing business.
Disregarded all concerns she doesn't want to help people. Don't waste your time with her if all you want to do is breathe!!!!
My family has had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The reception staff is always welcoming and efficient. Appointments are booked promptly, and follow-ups are handled smoothly. Dr. Chung is professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care.
